MineON

Not associated with Mojang or Microsoft

MineON values your privacy. When you make a purchase, we only collect what is necessary to deliver your items and process your payment — your Minecraft username and the payment details, which are handled securely by Tebex, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing and fraud prevention are carried out by Tebex Limited under their own privacy policy.

This policy covers the wider MineON network, including our game servers and Discord community. We store only what is required to operate the server — your Minecraft UUID, in-game statistics, and moderation records.

Chat and command logs may be retained for moderation and support purposes. Any data associated with our Discord is handled in accordance with Discord's own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Delivery

Upon completing a purchase, we kindly request your patience, allowing a delivery window of 1 to 10 minutes for your in-game item to be received. Please note that during this brief interval, you will be required to be online on the server. In the event your item has not been delivered within this timeframe, we encourage you to create a support ticket on our Discord.

Customer Assistance

Should you encounter any challenges within our webstore or payments not going through, please don't hesitate to contact our staff. You can reach out through the Discord server, engage in an in-game chat with a staff member, or email the owner directly at zyptrikmc@gmail.com — our team is always ready to extend a helping hand.

By purchasing from the MineON webstore, you agree to the following terms.

All purchases are for cosmetic and convenience perks on the MineON network and grant no ownership rights. Packages are delivered to the account you specify and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify the contents and pricing of any package at any time.

Exploiting bugs, abusing purchased perks, or breaking server rules may result in the removal of perks without refund. MineON is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Server or season resets may result in the loss of your purchases, which are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are banned from the community, you may also lose access to your purchases without compensation.

We reserve the right to revoke any purchased packages at any time, for any reason. The contents and prices of store packages may be modified at any time. We wish to emphasize that refunds are not available.

Any attempt to circumvent this policy, such as initiating a chargeback, will result in a permanent ban from the MineON Discord community, webstore, and game server.
